ok, well lets say this guy is straight, why would he have such a problem with all other guys? I mean they're meant to be 'GUYS' right.
So i'm thinking, maybe he's trying to hide the fact that he's attracted to these men. that's one possibility. Another is, growing up he went through some kinda trauma with the male species and he hasn't resolved his issues so he has misplaced anger and directs it at males in general. another theory is that he is the dreaded jealous type and a control freak and wants to be the 'dominant' male figure.
In each case i'd call him a hater plain and simple.

there should be a reason though.. since you included this question in the "lesbian, gay, bisexual..." criteria, you may wonder the possibility if he's gay.. If he's gay and he hates other guys, the other guys may have made fun of him like queer or fag or else..
The guys hating other guys are a little weird though.. it shows that he cannot get well with guys and don't like what they do.. that's not ordinary and has the possibility of being gay.. or maybe just perky..
