I haven't been able to drive it, because it was rear-ended and I haven't been able to get it fixed yet...But the last time I cranked the engine and let it run awhile, it cranked just fine. This morning I tried to crank it, but all it did was make a clicking noise, and the needle on the battery gauge jumped around. All the lights still work, so the battery can't be dead. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

yes it is your battery and I will explain. the lights take 30 amps while the starter takes 250 amps.. take the battery out and have it replaced or charged. and remember, the battery is charged when u drive it. If u start it and not drive it the battery will run down.

sound to me that the jolt in the rear shook the brain or maybe you should clean the battery termanls and put them back on and see if that will re-set the brain if not get it towed to the dealer and let them look it over good luck

It's the battery or the battery cable connection.

check the battery terminals,to see if they are clean and tight, also it could be the starter,or the solenoid.
