Oil and Vinegar for Klaus? (Murder on the orient express)?

I need help, I cannot get that metal collection spout out of the keg of vinegar to use it on the oil keg.... i am quite lost here, can anyone tell me what to do? i already looked for walkthroughs and they dont say anything about that thing being stuck.... help me.... please?
