His real name is Christopher DeJoseph. He is part of the creative writing team of the WWE. He's been with the WWE for quite some time and as a child always dreamed of being with the WWE. Vince decided to give him some TV time when word got round that DeJoseph loved his job but always wanted to be on TV. I believe DeJoseph is even the one who thought up the Big Dick Johnson gimick.
