These african american girls were at a restaurant i was eating at and when i got up to get some soda they call me a white cracker and tried to trip me up! I didnt do anything to them. So ignored them and sat back down with my aunt. They kept staring and giggling! I wanted to cry and felt hurt because i dont even know these girl! I dont understand why they would say horrible things to me? Im not racist i have tons of african american friends! Why did they do this?????

Those girls were just trying to make a joke for their own enjoyment. Don't think about it, and if it does bother you, don't try to talk to them about it. It'll make it worse. Instead ignore them because all they want to do is annoy you. Responding to people like that would give the the enjoyment of knowing it bothered you. It was a good idea to just ignore them and just sit back down. Don't worry about it and don't take it as a personal attack. There are just some people in the world who are just plain mean.

Switch this around.....African American girl having lunch with her aunt and some white girl trips her and her friends start calling her n***** and laughing at her.
This kind of stupid stuff happens more than it should. Don't take it personally.

I'm black(well light skinned) and i don't do that to other people because i know they wouldn't do that to me. Some african american people do that just because of what they do to slaves or they just do it because they think white people are scared of them. Try to ignore it because some black kids at my school call me white or crackers when i'm not so i just try to ignore it and pray for them because they are childesh.

This is only a taste of what the real world is like, you are going to have to be much tougher than that.
The best thing to do in that situation is to just laugh with who ever it is you are with, it will show that you are not bothered
Keep pepper spray with so if anyone tries to approach you youare prepared.

some times in this world people think that they are better than others and they do horrible things to one and another, you just have to realize its nothing that you have done its just how people act when people call me a white cracker i tell them im not a white cracker im a ritz...

I believe that people like that are jealous. That and just plain rude. They don't have nothing better to do then to put you down and hurt you because there so into themselves that they have to do it to others. Just let it go in one ear and out the other. Don't let it bother you that's what they want.

they have to try to trip someone up to feel better about themselves. i would say that they are just looking to make fun of people because they don't have better things to do. this happened to me with an asian girl and i'm asian...so it doesn't matter what race you are. they just thought you were an easy target. next time speak up!

They probably have their own insecurities to deal with and it's nothing about you. If this happens in a restaurant again, don't be afraid to tell the manager that the table is being disruptive.
