7 is a third of 21; therefore the 7 wrong outcomes are 33.33% and the 14 right outcomes are 66.67%.

Both values above are rounded, since the numbers are repeating.

I hope you TRY to understand it:
Right % = # right / total outcomes = 14/21 = 67%
Wrong % = % wrong / total outcomes = 7/21 = 33%

Wouldn't 21 be 100% of your total? IF that is so, then 14 is 2/3 or 66% of the total, and 7 is 1/3 or 33%.

Need what as a percent? Number right, or number wrong?

It doesn't matter really. Take the number of desired outcomes (right or wrong) and then divide by the total number (21). This will give you a decimal. Multiply by 100 to get the percentage. This works for any fraction.

(# desired/# total) * 100 = percentage.
