not all of the time but just occasionally and when he thinks i'm not looking.and without a smile.he only smiles in conversation

it depends on what he does when he notices that you saw him looking/staring at you. If he turns away really fast, then he was probably checking you out and he likes you. If he keeps staring at you after he knows that you see him looking at you, then he's probably weird and I have no idea what's going on with him. If he smiles at you when you notice, and then looks away, he likes you but isn't sure if you like him. If you do, just smile at him when you're talking to him and maybe touch him (lightly touch his elbow if he says something funny or if you are really excited about telling him a story gently grab his arm and pull him off to the side so that you can tell him it. He should get the hint, but if not, then just ask him out.

He wants you, but to shy to ask for a date,thinks your to good looking for him...wishing he could just have one single date with you........go for it ,ask him out I dare you...Its the in thing now..
