If you watch Jeff Hardy's entrance, he does that dance when he shakes his waist up and down rhythmically, it's somewhat like that. When you shake, you chest and back move front to back with your arms sometimes shaking along with it(the beat)but your lower body stays still or move(like walking)If you get this,please tellme what that dance is called
