it says remove only

No idea what that program is. Try removing it and see what doesn't work anymore. ;-)

It says "Remove Only" because there are no features that can be configured or changed. It's an all or nothing installation of the program.

This sounds like a player that was installed from the WEB. It is not a standard player that comes when Windows is installed, and so you can remove it if you don't use it and you want to.
Others online believe it came with the AOL instalation, but no one really uses it.

not sure but do a open up the search window and search for it when you see the application listed in the results screen highlight it the click on "open the folder that contains this item" that should show you where it came from and help you to decide if you want/need it installed or not.
