I have a condensating furnace that runs good. But while running some water runs out from underneath on the right side. Then after about 20 minutes later it dries up. The furnace is in a huge closet. The vent pipe and take out pump are on the other side and work perfect. Does this mean my furnace is cracked?

Part of the reason you furnace is so efficient is because the exhaust is cooler than a regular one, so the moisture that would normally stay in the exhaust as vapor and go out the chimney instead condenses back to liquid water. So there is a trap and a way to collect that water, which can be quite a lot if the furnace runs a long time.
You should look for a loose fitting on the drain line, or a plugged up line that is causing it to back up.
My guess is that the furnace is not cracked.

If the condensate drain was plugged the water would back into the venter fan and the furnace would not run at all. If the drain line was cracked or improperly glued then it would leak there. In the furnace there are a series of hose clamps that may be loose. if the venting system is improperly glued or a hole in the secondary heat exchanger it may leak water but also cause for concern for carbon monoxide being introduced into the house.Take some Kleenex and go around each pipe fitting and hose clamp and closely inspect for water if after all that you cant locate the problem then have a qualified hvac technician come out and check your heat exchanger

usually this is because the little man who lives inside your furnace has a leaky toilet. just give him a little wrench and he can fix it himself.
