Yes, have a section titled Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities and list whatever competencies you possess. For example:
- Strong people skills; communicates diplomatically and tactfully with diverse individiuals
- Strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of software packages; fast keyboarding skills including technical reports and documentation.
- Ability to solve problems
- Detail oriented
- Accurate worker who produces quality work
- Ability to multi-task
- Flexible
That type of stuff....

Here's what should list and in this order;

Objective:

Skills:

Employment History:

Education: (include licenses, or you can list licenses with skills)

and if you have the room (preferably on one page) add affiliations and accomplishments

start with an objective, then list your education with any awards and accomplishments. follow that up with any internships, project management or character strenghts. you can also add affiliations, student gov offices held, committees you were a member of...

i would list references on a separate sheet.
