i could advise you to a minimum of do an hour with an instructor so which you will get the very fundamentals down. I did some training in simple terms approximately 10 years in the past and in simple terms have been given back on the bunny hill final 3 hundred and sixty 5 days and with in simple terms what I remembered i did in simple terms wonderful yet with out it there's a physically powerful probability you would be able to wreck your self or somebody else. it relatively is an quite particular technique to learn. perhaps seek for some snowboarding educational movies on YouTube?

You'll need thick socks, boots, a snowboard (obviously!) a helmet, goggles, waterproof jacket and pants, thermal underwear (long johns) really good gloves, a scarf, if it's really cold, I suggest a balaclava, and depending on the weather you'll also need suncream (the sun reflects off the snow and can burn you quite badly) and chapstick.

PS Burton make great boards for both men and women.
