T+T = One of the southern most Caribbean Islands just off the coast of South America.
Gibraltar = Southern Spain and the closest point to Africa
Malta = Island in the Mediterranean
Belize = Central America bordering Mexico and Guatemala
Falkland Islands = Southern Atlantic Ocean close to the southern tip of Argentina
Bahrain = Small island in the Arabian Gulf between Saudi Arabia and Iran with the UAE as a neighbor.
UAE = Part of the Arabian Peninsula with Saudi Arabia and Oman as neighbors

I'm not being rude but why don't you try an online (or even a real, offline) map or atlas. Would be much easier than someone trying to explain it.
