not really but habbohotel.com is a fun game that u can get married hang out and have fun

These are my two suggestions, i hope they hellp:
1. The Sims Online... it is very similar to the The sims (obviously) you can have sex in it, but you cant have babies
2. Second Life.... I havent really played myself, but i have heard alot about it, and that there are alot of things you can do.. so this maybe a possibility
Second life is free, The sims Online costs 9.99. a month, but its worth it.. you can also do a free trial!
