You can download the Consumer Protection Act 1999 from official website of Ministry of Domestic Trade & Consumer Affairs, Malaysia at www.kpdnhep.gov.my
Key in Consumer Protection Act 1999 at the search box and click enter and you will get it.
Click the 'English' button at left hand site to change the language from Malay to English.
