My concluding sentence is the abilityof family members to be able to talk clearly, to express feelings to one another, and to communicate personal needs can help families deal with everyday stress and solve common problems which results in a well functioning family. Effective communication is important to have a well functioning family. How do I wrap this concluding up with a "AHA statement"?

This does not really answer your question, but you might want to make your conclusion mirror (be similar) to your intro. This will add a lot of strenght by reiterating main ideas, and it may help with your question.
