Generally speaking the sexual preference of trans people does not change. A hetero m2f will probably still prefer women, a gay m2f will probably go on preferring men. The same applies to f2ms. That said I should stress the generally, because there are quite a lot of m2fs who find that their sexual preference changes once they start on oestrogen, perhaps somebody else can reply for the f2ms.

For Male to Female transsexuals, their orientation ranges from straight to bi to lesbian. The normal population has a 5-10% of hetrosexuality, but the trans community has about a 50/50 split of straight compared to bisexual and lesbian people. This applies to both Male to Female and Female to Male. Also, the younger the person when they transition the more likely they are to be straight (straight in this case refers to liking the gender they are no longer a part of physically, as they never were mentally).

Nope. There's no "usually". Non-transsexual people are gay, straight, bisexual, asexual, whatever-sexual, and transsexuals are no different.
There are male-to-female transsexuals who like men (so they are straight after their transitions), and there are some of them who like women (lesbians after their transitions). As for which is more prevalent, I think neither. It's a myth, perpetuated by the media, that MtF transsexuals are always gay pre-op and straight post-op (always attracted to men).
Same for female-to-male transsexuals: some are attracted to women (lesbian pre-transition, straight post-transition) and some are attracted to men (straight pre-transition, gay post-transition).
And of course there are many who are bisexual, as well. It just depends.
Hope that helps!

Their sexual orientation can be a lot of things...
Like, if a female becomes male, then he can be attracted to guys, or girls, or both, or none. It all depends on the person.

Gender identity and sexual orientation are separate. Don't assume anything of one, based on the other.
