What you could is if you have red eyeshadow (not too bright not too light) and apply that over the eyelid up unttil the crease and then u could use black eyeshadow in the outer corner using the tip of an applicator or an outer corner brush and filling the outer corner and lightly lining the top of the crease. Then apply thin eyeliner (i recommend liquid-mayebelline) then apply light eye kohl on the bottom. Use an eye lash curler and hold ur lashes for 5 sec slowly coming up to the edge of your eyelashes after that apply mascara but only to the top lashes because then it will look too much. I almost forgot, for the highlight use a very light color.

if your saying indian as in like a sari or a traditional costume from india, then you could do just a tiny bit of black eyeshadow or none at all. for the red, dont do a very deep red or bright red. do more of a pinkish red and apply just enough to highlight your eyes. use some eyeliner and mascara, and put a tint of reddish lipstick and you'd look beautiful. i wore a black and blue sari outfit once to an indian garba festival and i just put on black eyeshadow and it worked out fine, but i'm asian and its difficult to make my eyes look nice without dark colors =P good luck!

Do NOT use red eyeshadow at all! This is extremely tacky and will make your eyelids look puffy and infected with some kind of disease. Try using the smudgey look with black eyeliner and shadow but not too much. Just make a nice thick line at the base of your lashes, and use a q-tip or fingers to smudge it till it hits the crease of your eyelid. Do not over smudge up to under your eyebrows!! If you want to match the red however, use a nice tinted red lip balm/ a bit of red lipstick.

Why would you want to wear red eyeshadow? thats awful. Go for a nice shimmery but not too much golden eyeshadow. Outline your top lids with a black eyeshadow. Kind of like a softer liqiud eyeliner, Full and soft mascara by maybelline in black, leave the bottom rim of ur eyes, keep them natural. wear bronze or golden brown blusher and finish with red lipstick.

I was told (and I think I even heard this on America's Next Top Model , that you should never match your eyeshadow to your outfit. I would use the black or nothing at all.

Other than red lipstick, do not attempt to use red on your face or your eyes. Try gray and pink eyeshadows.
