tomboyish girls do not like to look girly. They just are chill and like wearing boys clothes to be comfortable. Sexy girls want to look good for the guys and know what the price of beauty is.(it can hurt). Heels are much prettier than flats and sexy girls know that heels elongate the legs making the body appear longer and leaner.

Priorities. Wearing shoes that make your feet hurt makes sense if you care more about being sexy than being comfortable. If you would rather feel comfortable than look good you wear flats. Some of us try to compromise between the two ;-)
