If the WNHL(the top womens hockey team) traded coaches with a top NHL team(mens hockey) how much better would the women get

gender specific, not much. But any new coach coming in with a new view can spark any team to react positively.

No. What makes you think that one coach is that much better? If that where true should not any team Scott Bowman took over win the cup every year? A coach must be able to work with and get the best out of his/her players so if you bring in a new coach used to the NHL would they know how to deal with the different speed of the game?

Not sure granted the coaches in the mens game are used to coaching at a much higher level and able to deal with egos and more complex game plans but the womens game does not have checking and that would be huge change for a coach to deal with. Also would he have to "coach" differently because for some reason women do not like being yelled at cursed at and told they are piles of crap. There are many variables that you need to weight in order to fully take this into account.

They would get a little better. 15% at least. You will be used to getting scolded and that will eveuentualy pound into your head. That will make you a better team!
