possible lawsuit?

I bought a aquafina bottle recently...I found a mosquito sealed in the bottle...could i sue pepsi?

Unless you actually consumed the mosquito and became ill, you have no case. No matter what type of lawsuit you bring, you need to show damages. You don't seem to have any damages excepts perhaps a claim for a refund on what paid for the Aquafina.

You could but i don't think much would happen. You might be able to get some dough out of it tho.

you could, but probably not cost efficient,unless it made you ill.
