Simpsons Golden Age (seasons 4 through 7) are classic.
I love me some Futurama. (anybody who doesn't like it can "bite Bender's shiny metal...")
King of the Hill isn't really a cartoon, its an "animated" sitcom--Which I mean as a compliment...
but I roll on the floor in uncontrollable seizure-like laughter when I watch "Venture Bros." A bizarro-world version of "Johnny Quest" with cameo appearances by the "adult" Johnny himself, Hadji, The entire "Scooby" gang and other cartoon washouts. Its the funniest thing on television. Period.

Flinstones was the best Cartoon ever. hands down. Fred & Wilma were like Ralph & Alice (Honeymooners) except that they lived in a house and had Pebbles.
Fred & Barney were like Ralph & Norton. They belonged to a secret lodge, a bowling league, and always had some scheme to get rich quick.
I love the scene of Fred sliding down the dinosaur's neck to get off of work
