I think they're just best friends. I wouldn't care in the least if she were gay or bi. Her marriage can't be a sham because she's not married. Most of the people who say that Oprah and Gayle are gay are people who don't have, or have never had, a close best friend and don't understand the concept of friendship.

Oprah and Gayle became friends about 20 years ago. They worked together and Oprah couldn't get home because of a horrible snowstorm and Gayle offered for her to spend the night at her apartment. From then on, they became best of friends. That's all. Just very good friends. They share a rare kind of relationship. It's genuine.
