Yes, Beryllium (Be) is a natural element although it may not be as abundant as an element like Hydrogen (H). The unnatural elements, I suppose, are the synthetic ones such as Uuq, which is something I don't remember; these aren't as important as the natural elements. Be is in Group II so it loses 2 electrons when it completely ionizes.

Every element is natural, they can all be formed in nature just osme in such tiny quantities youd never find them! GO SEABORGIUM!!
