My daughter was in gymnastics for awhile, and the only two things I didn't like about it was the expense and the intense focus on weight and body slimness. There are reasons they do this, if you are going to be competitive, but it sets you up for exactly the kinds of feelings you are having now-not liking your body when you are actually probably quite fit and healthy.
First, you are obviously active-you have to study and have other things in life besides exercise, but the things you are doing ARE enough. Your body is probably more dense than "fat" because of all the muscle you have. Muscle is heavier than fat-so your weight isn't that important.
Second, you are at the age where girls go through all kinds of body changes that feel very uncomfortable and are hard to get used to. Please believe me-I am a woman, I have lots of female friends, and I have three daughters, two of whom have been or are at this stage themselves. One thing I've noticed about my kids' growing patterns over the years, and especially at middle school/high school age, is that they all would grow an inch or two taller, look kind of thinner, and then they would grow wider, get some bulk, and then they would grow a little taller again. It all kind of evens out, as long as you keep active and eat right.
The eating right part can be a challenge. You should NOT diet at your age, even if all your girlfriends are talking about "how fat they are". It's bogus and it's dangerous.
What you SHOULD do is realize that, at the point you began your periods, your body started processing foods differently, storing fats in your hips and breasts for the eventual expectation that it might one day nurture a growing baby. Your bones are growing differently as well-hips will get wider and stronger, that sort of thing.
This can all be pretty strange and not feel comfortable at all-especially since there will always be some of your friends who just have a thin body type, and will always stay that way. Realize that lots of other girls will have things changing too right now, though, so part of your discomfort is really because THEY are uncomfortable too!
Be sure you only eat sweets, drink sodas, or have junk food (including coffee) as a "treat"-not every day. Fill up on fresh fruits and vegetables when you need a snack, with some good protein (like carrots and tahini, or apples and peanut butter). Carbs are ok, too, but don't eat two servings.
And-this one is a very important trick-give your body time to tell you it's full when you eat. It takes a little time for your stomach to signal your brain that you have had enough. So first, drink a glass of water before you eat, often feeling hungry is actually a sign of dehydration. Next, eat slowly, chew your food thoroughly, and try to enjoy each bite-really taste the food. That will slow you down enough so you will feel full before you overeat.
If you do these kinds of things, you will be able to trust your body to let you know what it needs. And don't worry about how all those other girls look! This stuff all changes anyway.

First of all...you're definitely not fat at 135 lbs!
I'm 5'2" and lost 60 lbs by giving up dairy and walking everyday.
Because you're only 14, you should make sure you get enough calcium. You can do this through green-leafy vegetables (the darker the better) and you should add a supplement. Tums is easy for the body to absorb.
What ever you do... don't be hungry! There are fruits and vegetables everywhere! Canned fruits (no sugar) work as well as fresh.
The most important thing that helped the pounds come off and STAY off is that I quit drinking carbonated sodas. ALL of them! I had a headache from the withdrawls for about a week, but you will feel better after that.
I hope this helps. It sounds like you're pretty active already so keep it up but don't go nuts.

Stay away from soda/complex carbohydrates (sugary foods) and don't eat too much pastas & rice. Drink at least eight 8 oz cups of water to help digest foods and plenty of FRUITS & VEGGIES!!! Try not to eat dinner after 6 pm, but if you gotta-be sure not to eat alot...and remember "you are what you eat".
Although, try not to stress all the time on what's right or wrong when eating...when you gotta eat-you gotta eat! Starving yourself will only contribute to an unhealthy lifestyle, may cause a set-back on your dieting and won't help you lose weight-not the right way. Eating 4-6 small portions a day is the best way to eat...it works good on your metabolism, and a good-functioning metabolism is the best thing for a person to stay fit. Make sure to lose weight gradually, your skin needs to tighten/adjust to shrinking (you don't want flabby looking skin)...you may not see any differences for awhile, however, others might.Take your time and give it at least a couple of months before you start to see a significant change...and keep up with the sports/exercise.

Give yourself a break sweetie. It sound like you are doing some great activities. Try to ensure that you are getting some good cardiovascular exercise every day for 20 to 30 minutes. Try to eat things that are as little processed as possible. Whole fruits, vegetables, whole grains and stuff like that. When you are hungry, you should eat or your body will go into starvation mode and retain more weight. Plus...you're probably going to grow some more and sometimes your body stores up in preparation for doing so. If you truly feel that things are out of whack based on your activity level and your diet, ask for an appointment with the school nurse or with your family doctor so you can discuss what your expectations are.

You really should NOT be worrying about weight at your age... gymnastics is a very involved sport and once you stop something routine, your body is going to change, but you body is also going to change in the next couple of years too. All you should do is drink a lot of water, eat a lot of fruits and veggies....pretty much just eat healthier portions of your daily food intakes! If you watch what you eat you will grow into a better healthier lifestyle and you will slim down! Plus you seem pretty active, but you don't seem to sound heavy!!!!! IT is going to take a while but if you keep with it im sure you'll be happy! Don't worry though!!! Too many young girls worry and develope more problems in the long run :)

You have to be really careful dieting at your age because if you don't get proper nutrition, you can stunt your growth and cause yourself other health problems that will last for the rest of your life. Stay active in your sports and make sure you are eating right. Drink a glass of water before you eat every meal to help control how much you eat. Don't skip breakfast (I know a lot of kids do; I used to) because that will make you eat more and faster at lunch. Chew every bite you take ten times like your parents always told you to, and be smart about what you're eating. Take an apple over a cookie and baked things over fried. Drink water or Fruit2-O if you have to have something sweet, because they're the best for your body. Take care of yourself and maybe talk to your doctor about your weight and if he or she thinks it's a problem. God Bless.

You most likely weigh so 135 because your body has high muscle mass. No reason to freak.
But, I understand.
If you DRASTICALLY want to lose weight, I would (and shouldn't) recommend drinking 2 liters of water a day...
+ 2 hours of exercise a day
+ becoming a vegetarian (or vegan for more weight loss)
+ 8 small snacks (instead of large meals) a day.
but... these are extreme for someone your age.
Speak with a dietition or your doctor.

You sound like a smart and active girl so just follow good dietary guidelines with eating a balanced diet and stay active and you'll be fine. For your height I think your weight is actually pretty good and with all of the sports that you're in I'm sure you're in good shape so just keep it up and keep trying harder and you'll be fine. Good luck.
