Under COPPA, 13-year olds are legally allowed to register for MySpace accounts on their own. MySpace will not remove your child's profile for you. You will have to log into his account in order to remove it.

There's a link that allows you to edit your account settings. If I'm not mistaken, there should be an option that would allow you to delete the account.
I'd vouch for your son keeping his profile, but I HAVE seen some sh!t on myspace.
Plus, he's 13, for crying out loud! Tell him to go ride his bike, or play football, or something.

Well you can be sneakly and write to them saying that your son is underage under 13 years and does not have your blessing to have an account with them. They may want proof that he is under age, other than that hes allow to. You could just have a partelial control program on your computer and simply block the web site.

u have to have him open his myspace and go to account setting (its account someting i think its settings) and theres setting where u can delete it
