I'm not sure about fugitives specifically but there are a couple af databases you can search.

First is the sex offenders database at

The other is a wanted person database at

Actually Russian intellagence just realesed a document. This document states that the United States is now at full capicity to have homeland security execute operation "civil unrest" I don't remember the actual name of the operation, It is civil something.In short, some few years back Cheney awarded Haliburtin, and Root (of Keelog Brown and Root) which is Haliburtins sister company, another of those no bid billion dollar something contracts to build secret prisions all over America. I have actually seen one. They all have train tracks going through, a hehecopter landing pad and judging from our estimates the wired in yard (razer wire at the top) will hold about five thousand dissenters, immigrants or anybody else deemed undesirable.
If you have been paying atention you will notice, Bush did away with Horpeos Christi, meaning the government no longer has to tell you what you are charged with, they can hold you indenfinitely, torture you and you do not have the right to a lawyer. YES THIS IS HAPPENING RIGHT NOW, IN AMERICA.!!
I think it is partly to do with the massive dept and deficet spending. The dollar is going to plummit and they have everything set in place as the country and world goes into panic. They will arrest people by the thousands. Canada and Mexician leaders are going to help with some marginal side show. No I don't know their roles, probably sealing boarders. Then again there are a number of empty gulags (at secret locations, but many know where) In Canada. In this light you bet searching records, fugitive or upright citizen, the government is doing what it pleases. The constitution is no longer reconizable. The Patriot Act was devasting add to that all those exsecutive orders and the secretive way Dick and George are, even with trivia, I'm scared so should every single Americian.
