get the cat out of the tree. It took me 30 minutes but I finally conned it down onto the table I had on top of my head. There's got to be an easier way. That kitchen table was getting awful heavy.

Bowl of treatfood on the floor or ground. It'll come down. But cats live on their own schedules, not yours, so it may not be right when you want it to come down, y'know.

they will come down if you leave food/water at the base of the tree....eventually.
