tell your doc what is happeneing then take whatever the perscribes. or go to the pharmacy and tell them you are pregnant and you have diarrhea. Merry Christmas

Imodium AD is safe to take. If you want to see what other medicines are safe to take during your pregnancy head over to www.safefetus.com and they have almost every drug there and what it can do to the baby. Class B medicines are ok to take.

Do the BRAT diet. It works every time. Eat the following four things. Also, drink LOTS of water!
Bananas
Rice
Applesauce
Toast

chammomile tea thats about it. it helps to settle th stomach and soothe the bowel.
to rehydrate etc drink an energy drink like lucozade to restore sugar and some nutrients.
and plenty of other fluids
works for me every time and i suffer from IBS with frequent bouts.

depends on how far along you are
diarrhea could be a sign for labor is ur in the 38-40 week mark

i don't know if you can take anything, but i know for me drinking a full glass of water or a glass of room temperature milk helps me. it may not work for everyone, but it's something I've found that works.
