a printer that prints live video on paper

you serious... how do you print out a video, unless it's like a page per frame?

you can't really print moving objects so this will never work. There is however technology that is being developed that is a paper thin screen that is fully flexible. It is pretty much like a piece of paper than shows video. It's not printed it works because the ink reacts to electrical charges. There are millions of tiny "bubbles" of ink that rotate to either black or white depending on if they are recieving a positive or negative charge.

Where do you get such ideas from? How does one print motion which is 4 dimensional while printed paper is just two dimensional. The reason why we cant do time travel pal, is because we cant harness the fourth dimension: TIME. Tough luck there. For now, stick to printing covers for CDs that store videos. Thats about as close as you'll ever get to printing videos.
