Take vitamins, no drinking or smoking, eat healthy, see a doctor regularly, and get some excercise (it helps!). Also adopt a healthy attitude about being pregnant and the changes you go through. In addition, I would recommend buying the book, What To Expect When You Are Expecting. It can answer a lot of questions when you have them. Otherwise, enjoy being pregnant because everything changes real quick once the baby is here!!!

First of all, no smoking or drinking. If you exercise on a regularly basis, talk to your doctor and let him/her know what you do. Walking and swimming are good. Drink milk and water and don't wear clothing that is too tight. If you don't know what to eat ask your doctor for advice. There may be some foods you should stay away from or eat once in a while, not because they may harm you but they can give you heartburn. Your doctor will probably put you on some vitamins. Take them like you should. Don't be afraid to ask your doctor questions about anything. Get plenty of rest. Good Luck and I hope you have a healthy, happy baby.

1. see a doctor
2. eat prenatal vitamins
3. get some exercise
4. sleep
5. drink extra water.
6. don't drink alcohol or do drugs (maybe an occasional glass of wine in the 3rd trimester.)
7. Eat healthy (no soda, little or no caffeine)
Read what to expect when you are expecting. It's a great book.
8. Laugh alot, get pedicures and an occasional massage! Don't stress alot.
Congratulations!

Are you serious? Well, first of all get regular medical check-ups with a qualified OB/GYN. NO alcohol, NO tobacco, and needless to say, NO drugs of any kind...not even over-the-counter without checking with your doctor. Eat healthy food, get lots of calcium, take your prenatal vitamins, get plenty of rest. Good luck!

Make sure you take Pre-Natal vitamins, drink plenty of water to stay hydrated, try not to cunsume to much caffeine, stop smoking if you do, get a good nights sleep, and take naps is you are tired. Eat balanced meals if you can, but don't "eat for two" then you just get extra fat.....Good luck
