Yes, it is. You are contributing and promoting delincuency, because you are buying stolen things.

If you have to ask then you already know it is wrong. It is also illegal as well as morally wrong. Your buying this will then make the thief(ves) believe there is a market for their stolen items. You should report these persons (even if it is anonymously) so they stop doing what is wrong. What if it were your Ipod they stole?

Yes it's wrong, and i'm sure you'd feel that way if I were buying your Ipod for cheap.
The judge hearing your case would also tell you that it's against the law to knowingly possess stolen goods.

I should say that depends on your morals...However, there is nothing you can do about the fac that it was stolen, and for all you know someone is selling you the ipod they just got for a good deal so that they can go buy an ipod nano...right?

Morally or legally?
The answer to both is "yes." Legally that's called receiving stolen merchandise. Morally you've created a market for the thief and are no better than s/he is because you gave him/her a reason to steal it.

Not only is it wrong, it is illegal.
That is called receiving stolen property. You are a risk for being arrested for even having it in your possesion. You should turn it over to the police an tell them who you got it from.

yes. how would you like to be the one it was stolen from?
how do you like paying higher prices at the store because the store has to charge you more to pay for all the stuff that was stolen?
don't encourage theft and don't be part of it.
finally, hope that someone doesn't tell the police you bought it (like the guy who sold it to you).

yes but your question is very hard to understand you may want to revise it somehow. It is wrong to buy a stolen ipod. It should have cost you more so it is totally wrong.

Did you know that it was stolen? If you know you are buying stolen property then yes, it's wrong.
