I look for two large PILLOWS to rest my head between and try to relax with my eyes closed and of course a bag of potato chips

I listen to some soothing music...the very dreamy stuff like Cocorosie or electronica. Sometimes I drift back into my childhood and watch a Disney movie. I have a good cry. I write in my journal to release the bad thoughts that hang in my head. Just keeping busy helps. :)

I lock myself in the bathroom. Turn on some classical music, light some candles and take a hot bath. It is so relaxing. Then when the water is cold, I get out and lay in bed and watch a movie.

depends: bad as in pissed, i get in my room listen to music and beat up the walls. bad as in sad, start eating chocolate and watch tv to get ur mind off things
