You know how some fancy hotels have champaigne shaped bath tubs?

How do people get up there? They are pretty high above the ground. Is there a ladder or a set of stairs to get into it?

They are shaped like champaigne glasses and they are jacuzzi tubs I think.

Alright - I'm going to assume you meant Champagne Glass Shaped bath tubs. (Since Champagne itself doesn't have a shape.) Anyway, there's usually a ladder/staircase of some sort.
