My sister has really bad bags underneath her eyes and she wants to get rid of them. But she doesn't know how. Can some one please suggest a few things that might help?

I have the same problem. Only extremeley expensive creams work, but the makeup line Benefit has great products that cover it up really well. Such as ooh-la-lif, boo-ing, and lying eyes. You can find it in Sephora, Macys and Nordstrom.

Well sleep generally helps. I get them when I get a cold or when I am sleep deprived. So either get some sleep or take some cold medicine. Also, you could use Age Rewind concealer. It hides that kind of stuff, or at least makes them less noticible.

Tell her to get at least 8 hours sleep a night. Works a treat. then you can fake the tired eyes bit with makeup.

Use some green tea bags. They help or if you don't like green tea, maybe you should try cucumbers they are great and then you could always eat them
