I have the same problem. Only extremeley expensive creams work, but the makeup line Benefit has great products that cover it up really well. Such as ooh-la-lif, boo-ing, and lying eyes. You can find it in Sephora, Macys and Nordstrom.

Well sleep generally helps. I get them when I get a cold or when I am sleep deprived. So either get some sleep or take some cold medicine. Also, you could use Age Rewind concealer. It hides that kind of stuff, or at least makes them less noticible.

Tell her to get at least 8 hours sleep a night. Works a treat. then you can fake the tired eyes bit with makeup.

Getting more sleep
leaving a spoon in the freezer overnight, then putting it on her eyelid in the morning.
and putting cucumber slices on your eye for 10 minutes after you get up in the morning

Use some green tea bags. They help or if you don't like green tea, maybe you should try cucumbers they are great and then you could always eat them

when ever i get bags under my eyes, usually 4rm crying, i but ice on it and it tends to go away within 15 minutes, but if they are old lady bags then i cant help u there
