I think it is possible that they want to know if you are willing to listen sympathetically to people who call in with problems. When people call the Geek Squad, they are often frustrated and upset, the "geeks" need to be patient and synpathetic as well as technically knowledgeable. If this is what they mean, then you should disagree with the statement. I can see where it is difficult to decide which way they mean this problem. If it is possible to comment on the questions, that would help. I do lean toward the interpretation that they want people who are willing to listen to the problems of others. I have called the geek squad for help in the past. The young man I spoke with was sympathetic, a good listener, very helpful...attitude really counts. If he had been technically knowledgeable, but impatient with me because of my ignorance, I would have been dissatisfied with the service.

the statement is saying that you dont want to get involved which means you should state disagree or strongly disagree. since what your job would be is to get involved as you are there to fix their problems with electronics, etc.

STRONGLY AGREE. As an employee of something that helps people out of their problem, you should not get into their problems. You should FIX it, not WORSEN it.
