You can sue anybody for just about anything nowadays...but I'd never go on the blind date to begin with...don't you watch the TV show, "Blind Date?" lol

No, you dimwit. Unless you actually suffered some sort of permanent damage, it's not fair to punish your friend/ex-friend.
Chalk it up to experience, a very bad experience, and learn from it. I've been out with enough wing nuts and I've just learned to move on from it and amuse the heck out of my friends with the re-telling of my dates.
