Starting a business at all entails being more or less completely insane, and utterly oblivious to just how much work, headaches, tears, agony, and insanity are going to come from it.
If you can shut out of your mind the fact that starting a business is going to make you completely hate your own life, then you should look into the next step.

First and foremost the love of cooking and food and the ability to work under alot of pressure. Then of course your second course of action is to come up with a business plan to submit to the financial institution of your choice for financing. You dont necessarily need a large loan. You need to start out by checking out the number of catering services already in your area and then start by doing a few small parties for friends. Start networking your abilities. Once you do that you will be able to find out where your niche is.
