The original Dawn of the Dead is my favorite. 28 Days Later was really good as well.

Hands down Night of the Living Dead. I personally believe this movie was genius. Accidental genius (the time period it was made in...end of the sixties, tumultous time, no budget), but genius nonetheless. Dawn of the Dead the original was fine and all but really came down to a one social comment film (zombies=consumers). The remmake was an homage to the original while being shot beautifully, but still the same film overall. Twenty Eight Days Later is one hell of a film. Approaches the whole zombie genre in a new way. I applaud that if it is done well. One guys opinion.

NIght of the living Dead is a classic and cult film. I first saw it at
the drivein when I was a little girl and it really scared me.
Dawn of the Dead is a new style version, its good but the first
movie was really special.
I like Underworld , and Blades movies these days.

i only watched dawn of the dead, the ending was maddening! 28 days later is really good i have it on dvd. shuan of the dead is cool too..

break of day of the lifeless, the unique is a classic and it is so humorous. i admire on the top how he contemplates suicide then fights his way out. "nicely I made that extra good for myself".
