Definitely Osama bin laden.
I believe that because although he is "supposed" to be Muslim, he doesn't embrace the Islamic belief of peace. A true Muslim would not do what he did and will continue to do unless he is caught.
I may not care much for the others on your list but can't see how they would come close to being the anti-Christ.
