Variaties of metal I can think of we use at pavillions include:
flanges, clampband, zees, angles, poles, edgings, rims,
slats, trims, strips, rails, railings, legs, canopy armors. In one
type the pole is in channels they are U,J,C,box, hat, strut. It is
a common product in quantity in recyclying services due to it
is a spring cleaning item, and can be found in junk. Trimming
sites are widely varied, shelfing for audio stores, large anchor
stores, any large display service.

You can find what you are looking for at Lowe's, Menard's, Home Depot, or at a local hardware store. Good luck. I'm sorry I don't know the proper name.
