Yes you can. I have windows ME and it works with DSL. 2000 works too.

They worked fine on my old Windows '98 machine (until it self destructed) + also works fine on my Grandma's Windows ME powered computer.......... so should work fine on Windows 2000 providing the PC it's installed on has the right connectors at the back for hooking it up.
