First of all, check your grammar! Secondly, being the best comes with experience. You start at the bottom and work your way up to the top. Now come on, sexy secretary shoes, what are they???! High heels? PLEASE.... have some respect for yourself and your chosen profession. You will need to be suitably qualified, gain further experience in your chosen field, attend seminars, attend training courses, put in all the hours needed, be the reliable, honest, trustworthy secretary any boss would be proud of. Be true to yourself and if you want to be the best go for it. I talk from experience, I may not have been the best secretary, but I started as an Office Junior and worked my way up to be PA to a high ranking officer in the police force. If you want it badly enough, you will get it and wearing sexy shoes and short skirts is not the answer! Good luck! :-)

First I'd learn to proof read! It doesn't matter if you can in fact type 68 wpm (which I doubt) errors detract from an entire document. Second, grow up and get some class. Dressing sexy will not get you to the top, it will get you a poor reputation. Whether you do it or not everyone will say you've slept around. Next, have confidence in yourself and do your best work. No on the contrary, in a business environment it is actually bad for your career to dress sexy, because people will see you as a sex object, not a business person.
Even worse is to sleep with anyone to try to get ahead. All that will happen is they will reject you and try to get you fired to get rid of "the evidence".
