Yes! All animals will sicken and die from chocolate.
Their livers cannot metabolize it like human livers.

i believe so i live on a ranch out here in Texas and there was a coon that got into the can and it took 2 or 3 weeks for us to find him since we were out of town and the only thing we found in the can was a chocolate bar that had melted to it that the coon apparently ate.
