Vertex form is usually:

y = a(x - h)^2 + k

So all your equations are in vertex form. Also the axis of symmetry is just the vertical line x = h

So for the first one, the vertex is (2, 0), and the axis of symmetry is x = 2.

For the second, the vertex is (2, -18), and the axis of symmetry is x = 2.

OK, then, the third has vertex (-5, 0) and the axis of symmetry is x = -5.

1.vertex=(2,0)
axis of symmetry=x=2

2.vertex=(2,18)
axis ofsymmetry x=2

3.vertex=(-5,0)
axis ofxymmetry x=-5
