Well, therorectically any school would accept that G.P.A as I am sure it exceeds the min. requirements. However, schools do not solely base admission on G.P.A. They look at test scores, extracurriculars, letters of recommendation if they require it. So while a 4.1 G.P.A definitely gives you an edge, it's not the sole determining factor of getting into college

How the crap do you get a 4.1? Is it weighted by AP/honors classes? I have heard that some schools have a 5.0 scale, a 5.0 being an A in a honors class. Email me with the answer
Oh, and by the way, my dad's best friend's son miss 3 questions on the SAT and missed almost as little on the SAT 2 and was leading scorer on a division 1 school basketball team and was involved in other things and still didn't get accepted to MIT.

None. It's called a 4.0 scale for a reason - 4.0 is the max. Most schools will require you to scale it again, with an A at a 4.0, B at 3.0, etc, with nothing about a 4.0 and no scaling for advanced classes. Then you'll have a shot.
