Those Times

there are those times
when we all find
our true selves
and what is behind
us so we know
when to strike back
when our back is turned
and we catch em by suprise
So let us no longer be slaves
By the ones we once called knaves
and then we can save
our selves when in the devils gaze
Those times
Were not meant for us
Those lives
We wasted were only for lust
Those lies
We told were only out of vengeance
Those mines
wont hesitate to take away all we worked for...
SO WHAT ARE WE WAITING FOR!?
Attack
with all that we have
Retreat
is no longer an option
We have
no time no time to
Repeat
our mistakes before...

thats all i got...

thankyou so much.

I think that from there you should leave it hanging and jump into a kick *** guitar solo. then "Those times"(and every-other line) with just a bass line one time. Then back in with whole chorus...
but that's just me.

I don't really know what Kelly is talking about, but she has a point. Lyrics don't have to rhyme. Take James Taylor for instance, regardless if you appreciate him or not. He hardly ever rhymed, and if he did, it wasn't by choice. He told a story. Lyrics are a poem/story set to music. Let it out, scream if need be. Let the heart take control of all that you have gone through and release it in words. Also, I wouldn't ask for someone to finish the lyrics because if you use them, the person who wrote them technically has rights to it, and if it just so happened to land on the Billboards, you're going to see a huge lawsuit on your hands. Asking on an internationally public website is not the way to go dude... You should look into the business side of music. Music is great, I love it, but if you don't know the business behind it, you're totally f***ed!

So let me get this straight. You've spent the past half an hour or so bashing other bands that supposedly suck beyond reason, yet you're trying to get people to finish your lyrics for you? Sounds like you're the one with the not-so-wonderful band buddy...

And just a tip: There's more to lyrics than just rhyming. You're going out of your way to make the lyrics rhyme, to the point where it takes away from the song. Bands with truly good music write songs for their meaning, not for the way fit into a rhyming scheme.

Deathbed//Relient ok it particularly is an quite mind-blowing song. The gadgets are splendidly carried out and circulate suitable alongside with the lyrics, which make it an excellent extra shifting piece, than if it have been a standard chord progression.
