For the Razr V3m you need the microSD memory card. You can buy it from any retailers that carry electronics devices : Kmart, Walmart, Best buy,Target, Sears, photo or phone stores,......

1GB MicroSD SanDisk card with TransFlash memory. You can get them at your local cell phone store for like fifty bucks. We sell the one gig with the expander to make it a "normal" SD so that you can load the music that way on your computer without having to buy all of the additional software.
