BMW of San Francisco's service is the worst. I know a former salesperson who quit because of the poor customer service the organization was providing. The salespeople couldn't compete with other dealerships because their management wouldn't allow comparable deals.

I went there for a quote to install a tow hitch and they wanted $400 more than any other dealership in the area!

When I brought in my vehicle for service to San Francisco BMW, they dented the door to my 4 month old car and wouldn't even offer an apology. I even sent a letter to the owner of the dealership and didn't get a response. I have since purchased two BMW's from Weatherford.
