Well you fo near the side wall by the annonuce tables. If you are facing the announcing tables then you go left to the wall and you go near it and hit x. Its confusing but im just rying to help. just a side note, you cant actually go into the crowd with the people. You can just fight around them.

its simple, wait for a crod member to hold up the sign in the area, walk over to him/her and press X without any other movements.
Heel: Rip sign
Face: Point at sign.
